1. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law and also void in Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, Maine, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Employees and directors of National Debt Relief, LLC, including any affiliated entities, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. For purposes of the foregoing “immediate family” means parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees and directors.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
3. Sweepstakes Period: This Promotion starts on October 1, 2023 and ends on December 31, 2023.
4. How to Enter: Sweepstakes may be entered automatically each month by National Debt Relief customers as follows:
- One (1) entry each month for any ‘active’ National Debt Relief client who is in NDR’s debt relief program;
- Two (2) additional entries for perfect deposit history over an entire quarter.
Individuals, whether or not they are in any National Debt Relief program, may also submit a mail-in entry (maximum of one (1) per month) to National Debt Relief Deposit Sweepstakes Promotion, 276 5th Avenue, Suite 704-3098, New York, NY 10001 and state, “NDR Deposit Sweepstakes Promotion” on the top, and include entrant’s name, address, telephone and e-mail address. The maximum number of entries for the promotion is two (2) per month and eight (8) per quarter based on the forms of entry.
5. Prizes: Two (2) $500 checks or credit towards dedicated savings accounts total, to be awarded one (1) at the conclusion of October and one at the conclusion of November, and two (2) quarterly $5,000 checks or credits towards dedicated savings accounts to be awarded after the end of December. Total Prize Value is $11,000. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries, which depends on how many individuals submit an entry form and/or deposit funds in their dedicated accounts associated with their National Debt Relief debt relief program.
7. Winner selection and notification: One (1) $500 winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected on the 15th of the month following each month of the sweepstakes period under the supervision of the Sponsor. In addition, two (2) quarterly winners of $5,000 will be selected on the 15th of January 2024. Winners will be notified via e-mail or mail to the address on file within 2 weeks of the drawing date. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other privacy/security settings. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours from the time award notification was sent, or does not agree to the Terms herein, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In order to receive the Prize, each winner must first complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release. Said form includes an agreement to send Sponsor photos and share information on how winner plans to use the prize as well as how the National Debt Relief program has progressed so far (if winner is in the program). The prize shall be provided within seven (7) days thereafter.
8. Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should fraud or other causes beyond its control affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability: By agreeing to accept a prize, any winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iii) human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
10. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE USA AND NEW YORK, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of anyone accepting a prize as a winner of this Sweepstakes, Participant and Sponsor agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will such individuals be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
11. Winners List: For the name of the monthly winners, please contact us at rewards@nationaldebtrelief.com and in the body of the email type ‘Please e-mail me the winners’ list for the Deposit Sweepstakes. Include the particular month in which the Sweepstakes was offered. Otherwise, we will provide the winner for each month that there was a winner selected.
