Great Experience
I had a wonderful experience with NDR. Ashley was so easy to work with. She explained everything and made my decision to go with the program that much easier. I was so embarrassed but there was no judgment at all. It's hard to tell people that you've essentially failed at your money. She was so kind. I would recommend this to all of my friends.

Yes, definitely.
My call was handled promptly and efficiently. I was not on hold but for a few seconds. All aspects of my finances were discussed. Other options were discussed and I felt like I was being helped by a very knowledgeable gentleman. After all the paperwork was finished I felt like a stone had been removed from around my neck.

Wow. I was so worried about going through this process. Admitting I needed help. Yorgelis explained that there are a great number of us that feel the same way. Then she walked me step by step through the requirements. I am hearing impaired and she was patient. Asking if I needed clarification and so on. Here is the what I am grateful for, when the person taking my personal information, and is dealing with my shortcomings believes so deeply about the benefits and solutions, then I know I've chosen wisely. I initially planned to transfer my debt to a 0% interest credit card, but due to a mix-up at my bank, that wasn't possible. That was when I opted for National Debt Relief. Their name appealed to me more than others, which is why I chose them. During the enrollment process, a helpful representative answered all my questions, explaining the timeline for debt payment and their 25% negotiation fee. She even shared some personal tips, like switching from premium bread to a more affordable option, which helped reduce my expenses significantly. To track my progress, I created multiple amortization schedules, marking off each payment. National Debt Relief was in regular contact, and when a creditor wouldn’t negotiate, they allowed me to handle it directly without charging me. I also received monthly email statements that aligned perfectly with my schedule. National Debt relief provided peace of mind when we needed extra funds for urgent home repairs, even returning some of my money for a refrigerator fix. I shared my positive experience with a few friends, mentioning that the program worked for me, especially being on a fixed income. After 16 months, we refinanced and paid off the remaining balance early, negotiating a lower final payment due to early settlement. Overall, my experience has been very positive, giving National Debt Relief and their customer service both a perfect rating.

excellent explanations
I received great support and explanations of the entire process from start to finish, making the process very easy to understand and complete. I would recommend this to anyone who is struggling to find a way out of debt. Other services don't go into as much detail about the process leaving a lot of uncertainty.

Very skeptical about the program but the guy that helped me enroll was very helpful and explained all concerns I had very well. I. So sorry I'm bad with names, but he was very knowledgeable and professional. Now let's just pray this program really works for me. Some reviews about this company have me scared, but I'm putting my faith in them to get me out of this debt I'm in.

The services they provided were amazing; everyone was very nice and they structured the payments so I could manage paying them monthly, which helped me pay off my debt quicker. The customer support was beyond excellent, they did an amazing and thrilling job. The program worked excellently for me, as I'm now debt-free and able to pay off my other bills. I sought assistance from National Debt Relief to manage my debt effectively. They worked directly with my creditors to arrange a settlement, which I found incredibly helpful. Over the course of two years, I managed to become debt-free, which was a tremendous relief. The customer service experience was satisfactory. The representatives were there when needed, although I primarily used their online portal to manage my account. This portal was user-friendly, allowing easy access to my balance and other account details. For payments, I set up an autopay system, which worked efficiently and without any issues. Overall, my experience with National Debt Relief has been positive. If a friend were to ask, I would readily recommend them, giving a 5-star rating for their services. The ease of use of their portal also deserves a high rating in my opinion.

I reached out to National Debt Relief due to various credit card and loan debts I had. The overall program took a little over four years to complete. I had representation from a legal counsel that didn't work out and there was a bunch of jargon I had to go back and forth with before they would drop and let Debt Relief finish doing their job. That took on about an extra year of the program. Despite that, I would definitely recommend their services to others. At the end of every conversation, they were always willing to discuss any lifestyle changes and adjust payments accordingly, which I found very supportive and adaptable to individual circumstances. They're willing to work with people with what they have and I’d definitely give positive feedback to anyone that asks about it. In terms of customer service, everyone I interacted with was pleasant. Towards the end, there were multiple calls regarding the status of my account, which sometimes resulted in repeated messages. However, I viewed this as their diligence in ensuring everything was in order, rather than an inconvenience. I’m quite satisfied with the service and would rate my experience as excellent across the board. The representative I worked with provided great service, the cost was reasonable, and the online portal was user-friendly. Overall, I had a very positive experience with National Debt Relief.

The enrollment process was straightforward; I provided my social security number so they could access my credit report and assess my debts. I had about $45,000 in debt, and the program helped settle it in five years. They negotiated with as many creditors as possible based on the funds available, which involved contributing a predetermined amount of money each month. As this account grew, they reached out to more creditors to arrange settlements. The communication was excellent. I was getting divorced and I got stuck with the credit card debt. So, I looked up where I could do the debt consolidation things and National Debt Relief popped up. I called them and listened to what they had to say and I liked what they had to say. They took a good chunk of debt from the credit cards and combined them all. They worked with all the creditors, and it was nice because you didn't get the phone calls from the card companies or collections. So, it's nice like that. Also, it's just the one easy payment a month. The only time I really heard anything was when they'd get a settlement offer and they'd call me and say, "Hey, this is what we got. We think you should take it. It's pretty good." I said, "Okay." NDR got me out of debt and didn't destroy my credit score. Every time I had questions or anything, I just called up and they were all very knowledgeable and helped me out right away. I've graduated the program, which is good. It's a big relief. I've recommended them to a couple of people. It's a much better option than bankruptcy.

National Debt Relief experience
I signed up through Turbo Debt and they matched me with National Debt Relief. The program was explained thoroughly and they ran my credit report and it was a bit shocking. He explained the debt resolution program to me and helped me set up everything and even highlighted all the main points in the contract and helped me login as well. Very thorough and friendly. I actually enjoyed the conversation and everything was crystal clear. Plus he gave me his contact info in case I had a concern. He went above and beyond.

Opening account - National Debt Relief
For the first time in my life, I found myself in a tough financial situation and had to look for debt relief options. I began in The beginning of December. It was difficult - on the one hand there were many loan agencies, banks, etc. I was unaware of what I was up against. I have had a difficult time, and I decided to give up for a while. Then, one of the agents handling my Home Equity Line Application referred me to the National Debt Relief, which restored my faith that there are people who want to help, who have knowledge and excellent customer-friendly manners. Muhammed was excellent. Spoke very clearly, made sure that I understood each item before moving on to the next. We wound up being able to resolve 4 of my bigger debts when others I had tried were only able to take on one. Started with $21,000 worth of debt and we are projected to settle it for $16,000!!
