Steve was the most friendly representative I've ever talked to with any company. Every time I had a question, Steve was always willing to stop and make sure I understood the answer to my question. He was never rude, and was very knowledgeable about what we were doing. Excellent employee!

Help with Debt Free

They take care of it and I don't have to be bothered with it I will be glad when it is over and I have money for the rest of my retirement as it is now I can't do anything just make sure that the money is in the bank for them to process

Staff was professional and knowledgeable enough to eliminate any fears I may have had about this being a scam. Made me feel real comfortable and excited about the possibilities of being debt free.. The staff was very warm and compassionate about the NDR program where they didn't have to sell me they taught me which made my signing documents fearless. I'm thanking them in advance for making me feel free and hopeful. I am already feeling the benefit of this program and when it's all over said and done with my world has changed. You were awesome. You answered all my questions. Waited until I get everything set for my portal. Went through the whole contract with me. Not once did I regret calling. I am feeling relieved and not scared to check my mail and look at the bill. I had spine surgery and it set me back tremendously and now I can breathe without feeling guilty. I hope and pray that the creditors gives us a break and deals by paying them off.

Helpfulness and kindness
When talking with Alex he took his time and went through everything with me and my wife. At first it was just myself and him talking. He went over everything with me and when I said I would have to talk to my wife about it he suggested that we just do a conference call with all three so that if she asked a question then he could answer in case I didn't have the answer. I was on the fence about doing this but after talking with Alex and the way he explained everything that would happen and how long it would take it made me feel better and feel like my life could be a lot stressless than it is now.

Getting started
Although I'm just getting started, so far it has been a smooth journey. My specialist guided me through all the paperwork and steps. It only takes a little bit of time for debt to accumulate but takes forever to pay it off. NDR gives me hope for the future to become debt-free.

He was very helpful. He answered every one of my questions. He took the time to go through everything with the step-by-step. My wife asked hundreds of questions I guess and he did everyone of them very nicely and then a lot to her. We felt like we could sleep a little bit better that night after we got done talking to him, I would recommend him to anybody. He was a very nice man.

Initial Interaction
The person I spoke with was incredibly helpful. She explained everything and answered all my questions. She instilled a sense of trust that I needed. She is the reason I signed up. The experience at the company NDR was amazing; the specialist agent, Joshua **, was professional, kind, and patient with all my questions. Thankful
